This has been happening a lot recently during market hours and one email received after writing a complain saying that we regret the inconvenience caused which is not acceptable.
Therefore a regular trader would miss opportunities or may make loss as well. So my advise would be to subscribe to a good broker who has a good IT setup and better application.
