For one Arkansas neighborhood, 3 million Christmas lights were too garish and attracted too many gawkers. Osborne made headlines last year when the Arkansas Supreme Court sided with angry neighbors and ordered his family to tone down their Christmas decorations. I visited Disney just to see the Osborne Lights and they were spectacular. I wish they were still at Disney so that everyone who visits for the Christmas Season could see them as I did.
